Service Description

Join Kenzie for a 1.5 hour workshop focused entirely on the art of the shimmy! We'll warm up, explore some range of movement and conditioning exercises, and then get started on drills, combos, and exercises that will focus on harnessing full dynamic range utilizing different types of shimmies. We'll use our shimmies musically to highlight instrumentation and to support expression in our dance. Expect plenty of practice and play!
