Join us in Buffalo, NY for an amazing weekend with the incredible Lebanese Simon! SATURDAY, APRIL 18th ​ Social Dabke from the Source 10:30am - 12:30pm Step into the joy and energy of Lebanese dabke! In this workshop, Simon will guide you through the foundations of folk dabke, exploring traditional steps, rhythm, and etiquette. You’ll learn how to read and flow with the group, then dive into fun step variations and combos. From there, we’ll turn up the heat and transition into a more modern dabke style. Simon will show how contemporary movement and stylization blend with folk steps to create today’s vibrant social dabke!
